mirror effect
With the assistance of Morshed In todays media session we managed to flip the video and use both versions by merging them together on Final Cut Pro with the utilization of the effect 'flop'. when we first put both clips together the noses of both clips were touching hence we pulled them further far from one another with the use of the cropping tool and by essentially dragging the clips far from one another on the small altering screen.

final cut pro editing
What we have done is utilized the same clip ontop of one another on Final Cut Pro and by cropping every video into equal parts making it resemble one clip by uniting both together. The left a large portion of the clip plays first and we managed to stop frame it so it freezes after its part and the other 50% of the clip carries on where the first half left off.
locations
This picture was taken in stratford city London where we think we can shoot/record the "break-up" scene as the location will be loaded with individuals which will provide for us the chance to utilize the smear impact and concentrate on the couple and smudge other people out. I accept this is a solid impact as the crowd's consideration will surely be on the couple which highlights the importance of the scene itself. There was some examination to whether we tought to put the filter i 'black & white' to the scene. We will attempt it and check whether it looks great and in the event that it runs with the verses and feeling of that

location 1 westfield with background (blury lights )
This picture was taken before our blurred out shot of the city and car lights which we introduce half way through the song during the rap. Its actual utilization was for the video but because of the poor lighting, the video turned out unprofessional however the pictures, in any case, looked great and subsequently we chose to do some work ahead for the CD covers.
actors and mise en scene
Concerning the hero (principle character) we have picked Morshed as that would be the most suitable as he will clearly be focused on the group and be persuaded to exceed expectations. Because of him being the principle acter, did not imply that I didnt engage in editing and the diverse shots that were taken. I have been helping my group since the contrsuction of our storyboard for the music video. All the shoots i have been comitted in and the outside shots too also the lighting not be missed out my translation of the lighting for the genre of our music video was dark, black and white and blury lights. This made a big impact to our music video and made it related to the genre.
We decided Monica would be an immaculate match for the role of the girlfriend in our music video. As she is a friend of morshed (Male character), she will be reliable as far as turning up on shooting days and focused on the group and music video. the actress was advised to wear something comfortable and the shooting occurred at her home where she felt comfortable. We tried to get as many good shots as possible for example, a longshot of her body to show her body language in the bed, which in this shows that she misses him.Wednesday, 5 November 2014
indoor shoots
This picture was taken inside the studio in light of the fact that we concurred with the exposure and density of the lighting (which was situated up by my group and I) as we needed to demonstrate the shadow element in the corner/one side of the screen whilst lighting up the other side. this effect was utilized as a part of a large number of the case studies of the music videos which we investigated and is to be sure one the music conventions, particularly in Drake's videos which we attempted to replicate with our own thoughts blended in.
